BALLKNW is a free browser-based football management game designed for football knowledge enthusiasts who want to test and grow their understanding of the sport — quickly, daily, and with friends.
Our Mission
We believe football knowledge games should be:
- Free. No paywall, no premium tiers, no "energy" mechanics.
- Fast. Play a full game in 2–5 minutes on any device.
- Built on real data. Every squad, every player rating, every match — sourced from public, verifiable football datasets.
- Privacy-respecting. No sign-up, no accounts, no tracking beyond consent-based advertising.
- Shareable. Every result converts to an emoji grid you can paste into Slack, Twitter, Discord, or group chats.
The Game
Gaffa — Manage a club through ten leagues with current-season player squads. Build tactics, handle transfers, contracts, cups, and youth development across a full season. Your save lives in your browser.
Why We Built This
We're football obsessives who grew up testing our knowledge against friends via daily trivia, fantasy leagues, and manager simulations. We realized the best football games combine quick play sessions (5 mins), real data, and genuine engagement without exploitative mechanics.
Most football games today are either casual tap-games or deep time-sinks. We wanted to fill the gap: games that respect your time, test your knowledge, and stay free forever.
Data & Transparency
All player squads and World Cup data come from public sources (current-season club rosters, official FIFA records, historical Wikipedia archives). In-game player ratings are our own stylized approximations designed for gameplay balance, not official figures from any third-party ratings provider.
