Handling complaints in FM26 is about answering them early and honestly. Morale feeds directly into performance, and one unresolved grievance spreads through a dressing room faster than any result.
Common complaints and how to answer them

Team talks
Team talks before, during and after matches move morale in both directions. The tone matters more than the words, and the right tone depends on the match situation and the personalities in front of you.

The unhappy player
Deal with an unhappy player immediately. Speak to them, understand the specific grievance, and either fix it or explain clearly why you will not.
What you must not do is nothing. Unresolved unhappiness recruits teammates, and a dressing-room-wide grievance costs far more than the one concession that would have prevented it.

- Keep the squad small enough — fewer players means fewer people with nothing to do
- Set squad status honestly — do not promise a starting role to someone who will not get one
