Primeira Liga 2026/27: who to manage

• To win straight away: FC Porto, the strongest best eleven in the division (80.2).
• The deepest squad: SL Benfica, whose players 12 to 18 average 76.1, so injuries and rotation hurt least.
• The long project: Moreirense FC, with the youngest top 18 (average age 23.9).
• A mid-table rebuild: Casa Pia, right in the middle on paper.
• The survival job: Académico de Viseu FC, the weakest squad (66.5). Staying up is a good season.

What Primeira Liga is like to manage in

Squads here average 24.4 years old — settled enough to compete now, young enough that you are not forced into an immediate rebuild. It is a top-heavy division — 13.7 rating points separate the best first eleven from the worst — so taking a club from the bottom half to a title is one of the harder saves in the game. 109 players aged 21 or under still have meaningful growth left, drawn from 65 different nations.

Take the job, read the board's expectations, then build for them: a shape that fits the squad, a window that fixes the gaps, an academy that pays for the next rebuild. It saves to your own browser, so there is nothing to install and no account needed to start.
