The average player here is 27.3, making it the second oldest squad pool in the game. Expect to be planning succession from your first window. Strongest to weakest spans 6.6 rating points. Overachieving is possible here; it just costs you a good transfer window. Look for the 40 under-21s who have not finished developing — the squads span 28 nations, so the pool is wider than the league's size suggests.
