Eliteserien 2026/27: who to manage

• To win straight away: FK Bodø/Glimt, the strongest best eleven in the division (73.5).
• The deepest squad: FK Bodø/Glimt, whose players 12 to 18 average 68.0, so injuries and rotation hurt least.
• The long project: Sandefjord Fotball, with the youngest top 18 (average age 23.7).
• A mid-table rebuild: Vålerenga Fotball, right in the middle on paper.
• The survival job: Aalesunds FK, the weakest squad (64.0). Staying up is a good season.

Eliteserien wonderkids worth signing early

Players aged 21 or under with the most room left to grow. Sign them before their value catches up with their potential and you fund a decade of the rebuild.

Where Eliteserien players come from

This is a domestic division: 69% of players are from Norway itself, so scouting abroad is a genuine edge rather than the default.

What Eliteserien is like to manage in

At 25.1 on average these are mature squads without being old ones, so your first window is about quality rather than triage. Strongest to weakest spans 9.5 rating points. Overachieving is possible here; it just costs you a good transfer window. 100 players aged 21 or under still have meaningful growth left, drawn from 39 different nations.

Take the job, read the board's expectations, then build for them: a shape that fits the squad, a window that fixes the gaps, an academy that pays for the next rebuild. It saves to your own browser, so there is nothing to install and no account needed to start.
